World Energy Council Africa Regional Meeting

The ENERGY INDABA plays host to the World Energy Council Africa Regional Meeting on the 22 & 23 February 2010.
The World Energy Council is the foremost multi-energy, United Nations-accredited, non-governmental organi-zation formed in 1923. It has over 90 autonomous Member Nations. including most of the largest energy-producing and energy consuming countries. The organisation covers all types of energy, including coal, oil, natural gas, nuclear, hydro, and renewables. WEC’s mission is “to promote the sustainable supply and use of energy for the greatest benefit of all.”
The Energy Conference
Held in tandem with the exhibition, the conference will focus on presentations by leading experts on sustainable energy solutions for today and the future of our continent.
The Energy Exhibition
The exhibition will provide an environment where exhibitors will have networking opportunities with other like minded people across the continent, tapping into new markets and industries, as well as having their products and solutions displayed, to meet the objectives of interested parties and stakeholders who will be in attendance.
